I’m looking for a research scientist position in Machine Learning applied to molecules
Amelia Villegas Morcillo
@amelvim
Computational researcher (PhD) on Machine Learning for molecules.
What I'm looking for
I’m a computational researcher (PhD) with more than 10 years of experience developing and applying Machine Learning methods to molecular data. My research interests lie in developing AI methods to understand the natural world, with specific applications in biology and healthcare. My current research involves generative modeling of molecules for drug discovery. One of my guiding motivations is advancing our understanding and treatment of autoimmune diseases. I leverage my background in representation learning and signal processing, spanning topics including protein structure and function prediction, and spoken language recognition.
