Led the SAP S/4HANA OTC transformation for Lion Brewery Ceylon’s Singapore operations, implementing make-to-stock sales models and real-time stock commitment control. Configured credit and discount workflows (including Fiori), automated delivery and billing steps, and ensured FI-SD integration and audit-compliant accounting documentation.

Served as Lead SAP Fiori Consultant for a global intercompany business tool supporting operations across the USA, Canada, China, and Bangladesh. Managed high-priority support tickets and delivered end-to-end change request (CR) implementations with scalable SAP enhancements.

Played a leading role in Abans Manufacturing’s SAP S/4HANA greenfield implementation by designing and configuring end-to-end SD/OTC processes for manufacturing operations. Configured advanced sales processes, implemented SAP Fiori, and supported SAP Activate phases through configuration, testing, UAT, training, and hypercare.

Contributed as a key SD/OTC functional consultant for Vallibel One Group’s TRANSCEND Phase II SAP S/4HANA implementation across multiple entities. Designed and implemented OTC scenarios including consignment processing and advanced product variant handling while supporting blueprinting, configuration, testing, UAT coordination, user training, post-go-live support, and data migration validation.

Participated in a MAS Holdings SAP ERP system upgrade across DEV, QAS, and PRD environments. Conducted end-to-end testing, coordinated UAT, supported cutover execution, and contributed to post-go-live stabilization.

Worked on the MAS Holdings META CI transformation program by standardizing sales and distribution processes across multiple business units. Helped consolidate varied sales models into a single scalable SAP SD framework.

Led a 20-member SAP SD support team for the MAS Holdings Darwin project, coordinating issue resolution and change request delivery across multiple business units. Acted as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
