What I'm looking for

I'm looking to improve finance operations through Infor M3 functional consulting, ERP enhancements, integrations, reporting, and data-driven process improvement.

At Fortude, I manage Infor M3 Finance change requests, ERP enhancements, API integrations, and output-related developments from requirements through deployment.

I provide L2/L3 functional support across GL, AR, AP, Fixed Assets, Inventory, and Costing for clients in Australia, New Zealand, and Europe. My work includes complex reconciliations, root cause analysis, and resolving transactional and accounting issues.

I defined and tested M3 API requirements for AR and GL bulk uploads, including an AR automation that reduced manual processing by approximately six hours per week. I also develop SQL reports and recommend process improvements that strengthen accuracy and efficiency.

I'm an Infor Certified M3 Cloud Finance Consultant and CIMA Exam Passed Finalist, currently preparing to pursue an MSc in Business Analytics. I enjoy working closely with clients, technical teams, and stakeholders to deliver practical finance-system improvements.
