I'm looking to continue delivering high-quality IT support in a role where I can resolve complex technical issues, maintain service continuity, meet SLA targets, and help end users stay productive.

I support Organi Group’s daily IT operations, resolving hardware, software, Windows, printer, network, and peripheral issues to keep assigned sites productive.

I install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and enterprise applications. I provide both on-site and remote support while resolving incidents and service requests within SLA targets.

Having progressed from Junior IT Technical Support to Senior IT Technical Support Specialist at Organi Group, I collaborate with infrastructure teams on complex issues and focus on reliable service continuity. I hold an Information Systems degree and have experience with IP cameras and printer configuration.
