What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead IDEA compliance, systems building, and staff capacity through audit-ready documentation, cyclical monitoring, and measurable student outcomes—partnering with school leaders to translate regulations into defensible, practical action.

I identify where special education systems break down, determine why, and coordinate clear, defensible solutions that hold up under audit. With 15+ years of IDEA compliance work across multiple districts, I lead cyclical monitoring, audit recovery, corrective action planning, and complaint resolution.

I translate regulatory requirements into actionable guidance for school leaders, student services staff, and care teams through consultation and professional development that produces measurable results. I’m trained by PaTTAN in Autism Initiative methods and work fluently across urban, suburban, and rural environments.

In practice, I’ve restored full regulatory alignment after independent audits, generated and coordinated large portions of state cyclical monitoring documentation, and built data/IEP systems for scale. I also sustained a 100% graduation rate for seniors on caseload through individualized transition planning and proactive monitoring, supported by measurable outcome growth (including a standardized ELA growth index of 0.86).
