I have worked in mortgage closing and loan documentation roles since 2005, handling conventional, FHA, VA, TX Vet, TX Equity and USDA loans across multiple lenders. My daily responsibilities have included preparing and sending closing instructions, reviewing and approving HUD-1s and Closing Disclosures, ordering legal documents, and funding loans.

I served as Lead Closer overseeing six closers, supported branch operations in San Antonio and Houston, and conducted company-wide training on Encompass and TRID procedures. I also handle post-closing tasks, investor deliveries, and obtaining FHA/VA/USDA loan insurance when required.
