What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build culturally rooted tourism products and guest experiences, leading travel operations, destination development, and community-based tourism initiatives across North-East India.

At ChaloHoppo, I develop tourism products and experiential travel offerings across North-East India, connecting local culture, nature, and community engagement with well-executed guest experiences.

I manage the operational detail behind fixed-departure and bespoke travel: logistics, accommodation, transport, permits, vendor coordination, budgeting, reporting, and on-ground trip execution.

At Gibbon Backpackers Hostel, I managed end-to-end property operations and optimised OTA listings, helping the hostel reach its highest recorded bookings, revenue, and profitability during my tenure.

I've also run campsite operations across five editions of the Hornbill Festival, hosting domestic and international travellers while coordinating accommodation, bookings, inventory, hospitality, local vendors, and festival-period sales.
