I’m an Operations Manager with a dynamic background in Travel and Marketing, bringing creativity and strategic thinking to tour operations. I’m passionate about exploration and cultural immersion, and I use that mindset to craft experiences and messaging that connect with diverse audiences.

Since 2022, I’ve driven operations at Pika Adventures by owning tour operations and building effective marketing strategies. I handle social media, support lead generation, and conduct market and product research to help us find the right target audience.

I also focus on strong customer support—converting leads by responding with care and clarity. I liaise with vendors and other companies, and I lead trips and treks in the Himalayas, combining operational discipline with on-ground safety awareness.

Earlier, I worked as a Backend Assistant at Capgemini (2020–2021), supporting US-based clients by filling out medical insurance forms, preparing and maintaining data, and generating regular reports on system performance and data accuracy. I’ve also built business development experience through B2B sales, travel itinerary curation, and roles across trek leadership and production support.
