At Kanga Health, I manage digital delivery for seven top-20 pharmaceutical clients, covering medicine launches, HCP websites and portals, and AI capability programmes. I manage delivery priorities, team capacity and client communications across concurrent projects.

I led Pfizer’s UK digital workstream for a rheumatoid arthritis medicine launch, delivering launch assets across five channels to meet the launch date. I also managed an HCP microsite and multichannel campaign, with budget responsibility and agency coordination.

At Insight Investment, I managed the Salesforce marketing-data workstream of an enterprise GDPR programme, raising the clean-record rate above the compliance threshold ahead of the May 2018 deadline. I built Salesforce, Tableau and Google Data Studio dashboards used by marketing and sales staff, and trained CRM data owners.
