What I'm looking for

I seek an in-house legal role advising on commercial contracts, compliance and regulatory matters in energy or telecom, with opportunities for cross-border work and professional growth.

I am a corporate and regulatory lawyer with experience advising on commercial contracts, compliance and cross-border transactions across the energy and telecommunications sectors.

I have drafted, reviewed and negotiated a wide range of agreements in English and Italian, managed privacy and DPIA processes, and overseen Data Processing Agreements and external processor appointments across jurisdictions.

I implemented and monitored compliance with Italian Legislative Decree 231/2001, supported corporate governance actions (BoD/BoM minutes, joint ventures, mergers, incorporations) and provided legal opinions for administrative, civil and commercial matters.

I bring courtroom and in-house practice experience, having supported litigation management, arbitration matters and internal stakeholders (Finance, Accounting, Tax, Contract Management), and I am admitted to the Italian Bar.
