I have drafted and negotiated national and international contracts, supported Organizational Models pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001, participated in audits and due diligence, and advised business units on employment, IP and regulatory matters.
I combine strong analytical and problem-solving skills with practical operational experience across commercial, procurement, HR and compliance functions, and I actively support risk assessment, corrective actions and the implementation of internal policies to protect corporate and reputational interests.
