What I'm looking for

I’m looking for senior corporate & legal affairs leadership roles where I can drive compliance and ESG implementation, strengthen corporate governance, and partner with regulators—ideally with opportunities in Puglia and Basilicata and planned relocation.

I’m a Vice President Corporate & Legal Affairs with over 10 years of experience across legal and compliance roles in leading international companies and law firms. My work focuses on financial regulation and corporate law, with deep specialization in Legislative Decree 231/01 compliance, ESG implementation, and GDPR-related advisory.

In my current role at Kryalos SGR S.p.A., I coordinate and supervise legal and compliance activities for closed-end real estate funds reserved for professional investors. I manage relationships with Bank of Italy and Consob regarding financial supervision, implement ESG policies at both corporate and fund level, and provide compliance advisory on Legislative Decree 231/01, GDPR, and other sector regulations.

I’m also recognized for strengthening corporate governance and negotiating insurance coverage—specifically D&O/PI policies—while overseeing Boards of Directors and internal committees. Previously, as a Lawyer at Studio Pirola Pennuto Zei & Associati and Deloitte Italy, I supported governance and organizational model drafting and advised on criminal business law and 231/2001 organizational models.
