I lead legal work for FS Energy’s photovoltaic programme, targeting approximately 2 GW of capacity to supply Ferrovie dello Stato Group’s railway infrastructure and operations. I have supported permitting for approximately 50 MW now authorised and a further 100 MW in authorisation.
I structure and execute photovoltaic asset and SPV acquisitions, from greenfield and Ready-to-Build projects to operating plants, and negotiate long-term corporate and intra-group PPAs, wholesale supply arrangements and energy trading documentation. My work also covers EPC procurement, land rights, self-consumption schemes, governance, and Italian energy and public procurement regulation.
Before FS Energy, I spent seven years at GSE and advised the Ministry of the Environment and Energy Security on the Italian Climate Fund and sustainable nuclear energy platform. Across private practice, in-house roles and public-sector work, I’ve worked with developers, lenders, grid operators and public authorities on renewable energy transactions and regulation.
