I optimized GitHub Actions pipelines with test sharding, cutting runtime from 40 to 15 minutes. I also coached QA engineers on debugging and automation practices.
Previously, at The Access Group, I developed API tests and CI/CD quality gates, and tested LLM chatbot response accuracy, hallucinations, and edge cases. At Amdaris and Oraroo, I worked across automated and manual testing, including API, data integrity, regression, and exploratory testing.
