Coordinate manual and automated testing activities across multiple environments, ensuring software quality and supporting QA processes throughout the SDLC. Initiated and developed a PoC for a new test automation framework using Playwright, TypeScript, and JavaScript, which was approved for adoption.

Coordinated QA activities and provided technical guidance to the testing team. Performed integration testing across multiple interconnected system components, including ChatGPT, Node-RED, and a Selenium WebDriver automation framework developed in C#/.NET.

Led and coordinated the Test Automation team, providing technical guidance and supporting the implementation of automated testing activities. Co-designed and developed a Test Automation Framework in collaboration with a software development consultant.

Contributed to the quality assurance and automated testing of an internal enterprise application designed to monitor and report business metrics. Adapted and enhanced an existing Test Automation Framework to support new application features and functional testing requirements.

Performed Database Testing and Data Validation for a high-volume financial application, identifying data inconsistencies between SQL database records and exported CSV files. Collaborated closely with SQL developers to test Stored Procedures and execute SQL queries.

Contributed to a large-scale Payment Processing project in collaboration with Worldpay, performing Manual and Automated Testing across frontend and backend components. Developed and maintained Automated Functional Tests using an existing Java-based Test Automation Framework.
