As a Systems Engineering Assistant for Héctor Enrique Recamán Dulce, I performed preventive and corrective maintenance on computer equipment and installed and configured software, including using VirtualBox.
I also handled servers and supported the maintenance of technological infrastructure, assisting with diagnosing and resolving IT problems.
At Precintos al Día, I operated laser-marking machines and carried out marking and personalization using laser technology. I also maintained the machines and diagnosed and resolved equipment faults.
I'm currently studying Systems Engineering at Universidad Nacional Abierta y a Distancia (UNAD) and Software Programming at Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje (SENA). My training also includes computer maintenance and laser-marking machine maintenance.
