At Broken Pencil, I founded the service offering and designed learning experiences for Hyper Island across seven student programmes. I use a Human-Centred Design approach to develop curriculum frameworks, learning objectives, and session materials.
I worked with Hyper Island programme leads on onboarding experiences, adapting content and structure to each cohort. I also designed and led design sprint programmes and creative learning experiences for over 100 learners, with an 80% satisfaction rate across 30+ post-session evaluations.
As a freelance facilitator, I designed career and personal development sessions for Rädda Barnen and introduced students at Anna Whitlocks Gymnasium to the creative process. I also facilitated a professional development session on collaborative software tools for the school’s creative faculty.
At Studio Kram, I led seven creatives through a digital campaign for IM Sweden, aligning the team with client expectations and using research and data analysis to inform content and strategy. The campaign increased Facebook clicks by 2,000% and Instagram reach by 288%, brought 7,600 new website visitors, and was shortlisted for the 2024 Steinbeck Prize.
