I tracked course progress at Yakumo Academy using LMS platforms, surveys, and spreadsheets, and onboarded new international colleagues through peer mentoring, trial runs, and performance feedback.
Earlier, as a Marketing Assistant at The Learning Library, I supported learner enrollment and community communications, created email campaigns, and made digital and print marketing materials using Canva.
