At VoyPati, I manage full-cycle recruitment and talent retention for a 100+ employee e-commerce workforce across courier, office, sales, and product/IT roles. I hire an average of around five employees per month based on staffing needs and turnover.

I own sourcing, CV screening, interview coordination, candidate communication, onboarding, and the candidate database. I also improve HR and administrative processes and coordinate office operations across departments.

Alongside my HR work, I teach Tourism, Tourism Economics, and Hospitality Processes at Universidad de La Habana. Supervising more than 10 undergraduate thesis projects and serving on academic defense tribunals has strengthened my structured assessment, feedback, and communication approach.

I'm a native Spanish speaker with C1 IELTS-certified English, and I’ve also supported international academic groups as a tour guide and interpreter. I’m seeking to bring my recruitment and people-operations experience to an international remote team.
