At ETECSA, I work as a Técnico ¨A¨ en Gestión de Recursos Humanos, managing master data in SAP and employee attendance and working time.
I also administer benefits and subsidies, personnel records, and labor discipline in accordance with labor legislation.
My work includes recruitment and selection, as well as training and development.
I have over two years of experience in human capital management. I hold an Industrial Engineering degree from Universidad de Holguín and am pursuing a master's degree in Industrial Engineering there.
