I'm currently managing reservations at ANEX Tourism World Wide for Cuba, Mexico, and the Dominican Republic, handling individual, group, and crew bookings as well as vacation packages.

I've built hotel commercial strategies at Meliá International Hotels, including Sol Varadero Beach and Sol Sirenas Coral. My work has focused on maximizing occupancy and profitability through pricing, promotions, forecasting, distribution channels, and contract negotiations.

I lead sales and reservations teams of 4 to 12 people, develop key accounts, and work with agencies, distributors, OTAs, GDS, and international consortiums. I've also represented hotel businesses at trade shows and seminars with more than 200 attendees.

My background also includes digital marketing, social media, online reputation management, and hotel systems such as ZUN PMS and SAMO. Earlier in my career, I coordinated eight teachers, developed curricula, and delivered seminars to more than 400 people.
