Migadde Rogers Mwesigwa

I am an ambitious and committed graduate with a strong background in sales, marketing, customer engagement, and project planning. My academic journey at Muteesa I Royal University, where I am pursuing a Bachelor of Development Studies with a CGPA of 4.43, has equipped me with the theoretical knowledge and practical skills necessary to excel in the professional world.

Currently, I work as a salesman at Jambo Auto Bond, where I identify new markets, handle client complaints, and generate leads. My role involves participating in car marketing campaigns and negotiating prices with clients. Additionally, I serve as the Program Director for The Better Welfare Initiative Uganda, where I monitor project progress and develop communication strategies to attract donors. My internship experience at TotalEnergies Exploration and Production Uganda further honed my skills in organizing CSR events and reviewing funding applications.
