Mickayla Spencer

I’m a Mechatronics engineering student driven by curiosity, empathy, and a commitment to learning. I aim to turn classroom knowledge into practical, hands-on work that helps both customers and teams succeed.

During my studies, I earned recognition as a “First year student” and received awards including the “Principal’s best Christian principles award” and “most outstanding performance in Spanish.” I also completed a “Certificate in Psychology,” strengthening how I relate to people and understand different perspectives.

To prepare for real work expectations, I completed two weeks of mandatory work experience at S&N Auto. I assisted customers with orders, responded to work calls, prepared office supplies, and organized products—so work could run smoothly and professionally.

Right now, I’m motivated to grow through training and workshops, build stable income, and give back to my community. I bring strong communication, problem solving, and empathy, and I’m ready to contribute wherever my skills and learning can make a difference.
