I coordinated travel and VIP logistics for Megan Thee Stallion’s first North American headline tour, managing aviation, hotels, ground transportation, schedules, hospitality, and real-time changes across a 22-city run.
In my work with UHNW and high-profile principals, I manage domestic and international travel, from private aviation and accommodations to vendors, dining, and detailed itineraries. I work with service partners and client teams to coordinate complex requirements while handling sensitive information with discretion.
At RPMC Travel Incentives and MAP Marketing Travel Incentives, I developed and delivered travel, sports hospitality, corporate event, and VIP programs for clients including Discovery Networks, American Express, and Anheuser-Busch. I created proposals, budgets, and itineraries, negotiated vendor terms, and managed financial reconciliation.
My international program work included on-site delivery at the 2002 FIFA World Cup in Japan as part of a multi-team activation supporting approximately 2,000 guests. At ALTR FLTR Inc, I partnered with the Founder & CEO on operations and led the relocation of lab operations from Phoenix to Napa.
