I am an experienced hospitality professional with extensive experience leading teams in private member clubs, specializing in member relations, event resets, floor operations and polished service delivery. I have held roles from server to server captain and manageress, ensuring efficient turnarounds, high standards and strong member satisfaction.

I also have substantial childcare and household management experience, including infant care, activity planning and educational support, and hold a GA Level TEFL certificate and a Diploma in Tourism. I bring strong time management, conflict resolution, project management and data-analytic instincts and am seeking a position in a growth-oriented company where I can contribute and grow.
