What I'm looking for

I'm looking to take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment where I can use my customer service, training, and teamwork skills while quickly learning new responsibilities.

I've trained hosts at Ruckus Pizza, guiding new staff through customer service standards, restaurant procedures, and host duties.

I manage reservations, walk-ins, and peak-hour seating to support timely service and a smooth guest experience. I also work with management on guest-experience improvements and support shift changes.

I've also developed preschool art lessons at Creme de la Creme Center of Excellence and baked breads, pastries, and cakes at H Mart while maintaining quality, safety, and customer service.
