I'm seeking a strategic leadership role to build partnerships, lead events and college relations teams, create high-impact experiences, and develop talent in a collaborative, growth-oriented organization focused on creative, measurable results.

I am a creative leader specializing in strategic partnerships, college relations and large-scale events, with a background in marketing and digital content. I build programs that connect brands, artists and academic communities to drive engagement and measurable results.

I have created bespoke event concepts and negotiated vendor and partner agreements to deliver high-impact activations, including concepts that generated substantial new business and revenue. I routinely manage budgets, timelines and cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution across 50+ events per year.

In my current director role I recruit, train and manage campus representatives and full-time staff, oversee partnerships with over 75 colleges and universities, and executed 100+ artist experiences in a single year. I also manage an alumni network of 500+ members and run localized networking and career development programming.

I focus on placing talent into industry roles, having helped place over 125 students in full-time positions, and I enjoy developing creative narratives and marketing campaigns to promote events across social and local channels. I bring a collaborative, results-driven approach and a track record of forging lasting relationships with brands, venues and academic partners.
