I’m a results-driven manufacturing professional with 10+ years of experience in LED product assembly and quality control. I’ve built a reputation for consistent execution—maintaining a 99% quality rating while leading production workflows that support critical clients.

As a Line Lead / Quality Control at Energy Focus, Inc., I lead up to two simultaneous assembly lines with teams of 10. I coordinate daily workflow and output targets to meet client shipping deadlines, including LED lighting for the Cleveland Clinic and the United States Navy.

I develop teams through training and mentoring—helping onboard and accelerate readiness for 20+ production associates on assembly procedures, quality standards, and safety protocols. I also advanced through progressive roles from Assembler to Assistant Line Lead / QC, then Line Lead based on performance and leadership, and I expanded my technical capabilities with a Wire Soldering certification (October 2018).

Earlier, I worked as a Teacher’s Aide, supporting classroom instruction by grading and recording grades accurately in Microsoft Excel and maintaining records for classes of 30+ students. I also managed supply inventory and procurement to keep instructional materials stocked, which reinforced my focus on accuracy, organization, and dependable follow-through.
