Amanda Roberts

I thrive in fast-paced environments, staying ahead of changing demands by planning future production needs during slower periods. I maintain organized, clean, and safe work areas, with strong attention to important details to help prevent issues before they impact output.

Most recently, I’ve supported production as an Assembly Lead at Allegion by communicating daily updates and progress reports to upper management. I trained new employees in proper assembly procedures and safety protocols, and I ensured every final product met company specifications through thorough inspection checks before shipping.

Before that, I worked as an Assembly Material Strider and Assembly Technician, where I inspected incoming materials for defects and compliance, recorded movement using a warehouse management system, and organized storage for incoming items. I read and interpret assembly drawings, schematics, and blueprints, and I’ve used hand tools, power tools, and equipment to assemble parts accurately. I’m also pursuing a Bachelor of Arts at Highline Community College (April 2023–current), and I carry that same drive for growth into every role.
