I scaled Wevorce from one state to 50, serving 1M+ families annually while reaching 65% margins and improving licensed-partner NPS from -8 to 75. I built systems across qualification, service delivery, compliance, payments, partner performance, and customer success, then ran the national divorce channel partnership with LegalZoom.
More recently, I studied AI guardrails at WeKnow and mapped the custom ADU journey for 500 Acres Foundation, reducing roughly 230 homeowner decisions across 26 specialists to about 30 decisions across six steps. I want to build the machine that makes housing easier to define, price, and deliver.
