Message

At Capgemini Netherlands, I coordinate delivery operations across three concurrent Ministry of Defence IT transformation programmes, working with CGI, Deloitte and SAP. I support operational continuity across the programmes, including resource mobilisation, workforce deployment and financial administration.

For UWV, I led agile and waterfall service delivery for a 25-person cross-functional team and managed a €3.8M budget. I helped improve one application’s customer satisfaction score from 2.8 to 4.3 and proposed rebuilding an application from Cobol to .NET.

I was Product Owner for the Next Step Engine, Capgemini’s AI-powered ideation tool, delivered as a Global Asset within the Applied Innovation Exchange with Microsoft GitHub sponsorship. I defined its vision, roadmap and backlog, and directed a multidisciplinary team.

Earlier, as a Communications & Project Support Intern at CBI — Centre for the Promotion of Imports from Developing Countries, I delivered a digital expert network platform and supported its digital content and social media. I hold SAFe 6 Agilist, PSM I, AgilePM Foundation and Change Management Foundation certifications.
