At MTM Transit, I manage Hawaii County's ADA paratransit contract with full accountability for a $5.4 million budget, 34-person team, regulatory compliance, service delivery, and government client relationship. I've grown the program from $3.1 million and 10 employees to a projected $5.4 million and 34 employees while scaling annual trips from 16,000 to 44,000.

I oversee ADA eligibility, reasonable accommodation requests, DOT drug and alcohol compliance, vendor performance, dispatch, scheduling, safety, and rider grievances under 49 CFR Part 37. During a July 2025 tsunami warning, I directed the real-time evacuation of paratransit riders across both sides of the Big Island, coordinating field staff and Hawaii County leadership until every rider was accounted for.

Before transit, I spent nearly five years with the Anchorage Police Department and two and a half years with the Alaska Department of Corrections, building practical experience in investigations, crisis response, de-escalation, emergency operations, and leading teams in high-accountability environments.
