What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead technical development on complex energy, aerospace, defense, or mission-modeling systems where I can build high-fidelity models, deliver software capabilities, and mentor engineering teams.

I'm co-founding a stealth-mode advanced nuclear energy startup, where I lead technical development and own the digital-twin reactor model from architecture through validation. I also lead thermal dissipation and energy-capture analysis for absorbent materials used in energy generation.

Previously at Northrop Grumman, I served as a Systems Engineer and product owner for a sector-level mission modeling repository, improving mission simulation tooling, deploying C++ capabilities, and integrating AI/ML models across mission scenarios. I developed high-fidelity distributed mission models, supported customer integration, and improved fielded code through edge-case coverage and bug resolution.

As Deputy Program Modeling & Simulation Lead and a mentor, I planned delivery milestones, supported an Agile team of six engineers, and trained interns and early-career engineers.
