I'm looking to build and scale practical AI agents, CRM automation, and lead-management systems that replace manual processes with reliable workflows, measurable follow-up, and effective human handoff.

I'm leading AI and digital operations for Sugar Sweet Georgia Puppies and Sweet & Sassy, turning customer-facing lead handling into production workflows and documented systems.

I architect GoHighLevel automation across website forms, Facebook, Instagram, SMS, live chat, voice, and booking calendars. My work includes channel-aware routing, business-hours logic, follow-up sequences, pipeline movement, appointment reminders, and human escalation.

I build conversational AI agents using GPT and Claude, with structured knowledge bases, system prompts, guardrails, qualification logic, and booking flows. I also connect CRM, WordPress, calendars, and messaging channels through APIs, webhooks, n8n, and Zapier to eliminate manual data entry.

Through Patterson Growth LLC, I designed a repeatable AI lead-response system that can be deployed across accounts using reusable CRM configuration and AI prompt structures. I bring a 4.0 M.S. in Cybersecurity, CompTIA Security+, and Google AI Essentials to implementation, testing, documentation, training, and ongoing optimization.
