What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my AI systems, agent engineering, evaluation, and observability work in a remote contract or full-time role, building practical production-ready AI workflows with human-in-the-loop control.

I built Job-Agent, an autonomous job-search system in Python using the Claude API. Claude selects actions through an observe-plan-act loop supported by a tool registry, persistent state, streamed reasoning traces, and safety-capped failure handling.

I built its evaluation layer around fuzzy cross-source deduplication, tiered keyword scoring, and LLM-driven fit analysis with honest gap callouts. The system integrates Adzuna, Serper/Google Jobs, and USAJobs, and provides a desktop Agent Hub for human-in-the-loop control and tailored ATS-aware cover letters.

My AI work is grounded in 14 years of performance engineering, most recently supporting the U.S. Department of Agriculture. I validated AWS and Kubernetes scalability, increased throughput 40%, and reduced defect-resolution time 35% through observability and root-cause analysis.

Earlier, I built and enhanced LoadRunner automation frameworks across complex enterprise systems at Sprint, Embarq, and CenturyLink, scaling systems to 12,000+ TPS. I'm bringing that discipline in measurement, evaluation, and production behavior to AI systems and agent engineering.
