What I'm looking for

I'm eager to grow in operations at scale and contribute to a high-performing team.

At Dodo Pizza, I conduct kitchen quality and compliance audits, checking food safety, preparation protocols, and order readiness against SOPs. I document findings with photographic evidence and flag discrepancies to regional quality assurance teams.

At Miva Open University, I supported students with access, platform, and process inquiries, and guided new students through onboarding. I also built Zapier workflows that automated clock-in alerts through Slack and coordinated employee onboarding tasks through Trello.
