I’m an Operations Coordinator & Inventory Manager with a results-driven focus on QSR operations, inventory control, and process optimization. I coordinate daily kitchen, production, service, and supply chain activities to keep workflows seamless and product/service standards consistent.

In my current role at Today’s Bukka & Cuisine, Abuja, I implement and enforce SOPs, lead staff support and onboarding, and drive cost efficiency through inventory reconciliation, waste reduction, and improved operational efficiency. I track raw materials, packaging, and finished products to prevent stockouts, overstocking, and excess variance, and I reconcile inventory against POS usage and consumption.

Previously at Domino’s Nigeria in Abuja, I progressed from Assistant Restaurant Manager to General Manager, setting performance targets for guest service and sales margin, overseeing profitability management, and managing vendor relations for timely, accurate supply. I also consistently achieved a 10% annual increase in sales during the first two years, supported by structured systems and data-driven decision-making.
