I oversee up to six large-loss projects at once across Dallas-Fort Worth and national markets, managing scopes, budgets, schedules, subcontractors, documentation, quality, and client expectations.

Previously, I managed up to 35 concurrent emergency-services, commercial restoration, and reconstruction projects nationwide at Advance Catastrophe Technologies. I also led residential property-loss projects at Steamatic dba Johns Lyng Group.
