I thrive in fast-paced venues where guests’ experiences depend on speed, accuracy, and calm communication. I use Square POS to complete transactions, handle cash precisely, and manage product exchanges with confidence.

In my most recent role as a Food and Beverage Attendant and Coat Check Attendant, I manage large crowds while delivering excellent customer service. I maintain safely of check guest items in Coat Check and complete nightly inventory paperwork to guarantee full restock for the next performance.

Previously, I served as Maître d’ and Waiter, where I led and supported a 3–10 member waitstaff. I managed high-volume events including weddings, birthday parties, and private corporate events by setting service and clearing timelines and directing room turnovers.

I also bring strong front-of-house fundamentals from restaurant work, including executing opening and closing procedures and restock responsibilities on a tight schedule. I assess customer allergies and suggest appropriate options, and I operate Toast POS, backed by training in POS systems, organization, and inventory stock and catalog management.
