At Brightspeed, I built and led the Collections organization during the corporate spinoff from Lumen Technologies. I established processes, documented policies and procedures, defined KPIs, and oversaw conversion and transition activities.
I managed an eight-member team and partnered with IT to design, validate, and test SAP S4 functionality. I also reported performance to executive leadership and accounting teams and handled escalated complaints submitted through the Better Business Bureau, Attorney General’s Office, and Public Utility Commission.
Before Brightspeed, I managed credit and collections at Wimsatt Building Materials, Ferguson Enterprises, and Lipari Foods, and worked as a Credit Administrator at General Motors Acceptance Corporation (GMAC). Across those roles, I evaluated credit risk, managed delinquencies, and supported payment and account resolution processes.
