I've delivered speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing treatment across geriatric short-term rehabilitation and long-term inpatient settings, most recently with Crestview Health & Rehabilitation and Broad River Rehab.
As Director of Rehab/Speech-Language Pathologist at HealthPRO-Heritage, I facilitated the transition from PPS to PDPM and improved CMI from 1.05 to 1.30. I led weekly rehab meetings focused on patient progress, discharge planning, and plans of care.
At Encore Rehabilitation Services, I increased quarterly CMI from 1.27 to 1.40, monthly efficiency from 81% to 83%, and Medicare Ultra RUG levels from 75%–80% to 85%–88%.
