At TradingView, I build and maintain a company-wide React and TypeScript design system used across multiple product teams. I developed reusable components with accessibility, right-to-left support, and responsive layouts, and created a public focus-system API for consistent keyboard navigation.

I standardized testability across more than 50 design-system components and developed CI/CD tooling that automated visual SVG comparisons and npm publishing. I also led delivery of filter components and keyboard-navigation primitives that unblocked a partner team's P1 initiative.

At Panoramik Games, I developed and launched a company-wide CRM platform and built an AI-powered translation and validation service that reduced new-language localization time from approximately one month to one week. I also automated recurring finance workflows and supported engineers through interviewing, onboarding, and mentoring.

At Credit Bank of Moscow, I led delivery of more than five major product features within a nine-engineer team and contributed to a 36% improvement in customer retention across affected product areas. I also refactored the primary application loading path, reducing page load time by 58%, and implemented Node.js and Express.js API routes.
