Designed and developed frontend solutions in React and TypeScript for Smart City and AI-driven systems, contributing to end-to-end solution architecture. Integrated IoT sensor data and AI analytics into responsive web interfaces to support real-time monitoring and decision-making, and collaborated with customers and backend/AI teams on requirements and pilot support.

Led frontend development for the Platonus Academy project by designing and building scalable frontend architecture from scratch and managing a team of three engineers. Improved performance through bundle optimization, lazy loading/code splitting, and state management, and strengthened delivery via enhanced CI/CD workflows, automation, mentoring, and code reviews.

Developed the client-side for the “Information System for Tax Administration” using React and TypeScript, adapting to a server-side microservices architecture. Contributed to building a theming system for the web application.

Led frontend development for the “iKomek 109” project and coordinated multiple client projects, including occasional full-stack work. Worked with Node.js and React to deliver client-facing functionality.

Architected the frontend for the “Port Quryq” project and led development of the company’s internal “Single Window” system. Coordinated a frontend team to deliver internal tooling functionality.

Designed frontend architecture for the “3D Automation Management of Architecture and Urban Development of Almaty city” project. Added Excel import/export functionality using custom templates and led frontend delivery for the system.

Activities and societies: Winner of the international scholarship “Bolashak”.

Earned a Bachelor in Information Technologies with a focus on Information Systems from 2011 to 2014, and was the winner of the Bolashak international scholarship.
