I’m seeking a Director of Sourcing role where I can qualify and grow external manufacturing partners, negotiate strategic contracts, and use data-driven planning to recover margin and secure capacity—ready to lead cross-functionally and travel.

I’m a global sourcing and external manufacturing leader with 20+ years of experience improving supplier performance, manufacturing capacity, cost position, and customer outcomes across engineered-to-order manufacturing and complex industrial/aerospace production environments.

I’m known for turning supplier, manufacturing, and customer challenges into measurable results—allocating major contract value, strengthening international fabrication partner readiness, and aligning capacity and demand through practical planning models.
