At WebFirst, I operate delivery, governance, and talent for a $20M+ U.S. Department of Health & Human Services digital communications program spanning seven teams and six government stakeholder organizations. I built the cross-team operating model and sequencing method that help teams coordinate priorities and give leadership visibility into delivery, risk, dependencies, and capacity.
I built and run the program’s AI operating model, with 12 active playbooks across reporting, content operations, QA, analytics, and release engineering. Practitioners report getting 10 to 15 hours per week back on drafting and research, while monthly reporting effort fell roughly 80%, from 26 staff-hours to under five.
I also own the program’s $4M annual resource budget and talent function, including hiring authority across the practitioner pool. Earlier, at Direct Commerce, Inc., I led a source-to-pay SaaS transformation that shortened release cycles by 60% and brought delivery forecasts to 90% reliability; at MicroD, Inc., I stood up an Agile PMO adopted organization-wide.
