At Tanium, I own P1–P3 outcomes for Fortune 500 and Global 2000 customers across Windows, macOS, and Linux estates of up to 100,000+ endpoints. I lead root-cause diagnosis, P1 war rooms, CVE validation, RBAC scoping, and reproduced defects through shipped fixes and customer sign-off.
I also built and shipped a commercial OpenAI API application for ticket triage, response drafting, and role-scoped document lookup. My work combines agent orchestration, guardrails, human approval gating, enterprise security reviews, and change control to deploy AI safely in real operational environments.
