I'm looking for a customer-facing role where I can support passengers or guests, solve service issues, and contribute to efficient operations in a fast-paced team environment.

I support Virgin Atlantic passengers through Swissport, assisting with check-in, boarding, inquiries, and lost, delayed, or damaged baggage claims using WorldTracer.

I've also delivered guest support in hospitality and contributed to community, refugee, disaster relief, and COVID-19 response initiatives. I bring clear communication, problem-solving, and dependable service under pressure.
