I’m an aspiring Virtual Assistant with customer service experience in a fast-paced BPO environment, backed by a strong foundation in administrative support tools. I’m detail-oriented, adaptable, and focused on accurate, efficient work under pressure.

In my role as a Customer Service Representative at Eperformax (September 2022–July 2023), I handled high-volume customer inquiries, billing concerns, and account-related issues. I used clear problem-solving and active listening to support customers professionally while maintaining service quality and accuracy across multiple interactions.

I bring productivity and communication tools to every task, including Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive), Slack, and Canva. For day-to-day efficiency, I use AI tools such as ChatGPT and Gemini, along with Grammarly, to support faster writing, organization, and improved outputs.

I’m comfortable working across international time zones, with flexible availability and openness to US, AU, and UK schedules, including graveyard shifts. I’m ready to support your team by managing calendars, handling email correspondence, assisting with data entry, and delivering reliable customer support with strong communication, stress tolerance, and attention to detail.
