Meron Girma

I work at the intersection of humanitarian support and people operations, bringing strong communication and facilitation to every role. I’ve built my foundation through structured trainings, including psychosocial and GBV/PSEA-focused capacity building, and I enjoy learning tools that improve how teams work.

In my experience, I served as a voluntary humanitarian emergency responder and then as a PSS officer in MUMS FOR MUMS. I also supported people-focused functions as an HR representative and promotion manager at a local private media company, and later took on coordination work as a marketing and executive assistant to the CEO and as an online appointment setter.

I’m energized by mission-driven environments where I can help others through practical support, coaching, and event facilitation. I’ve delivered and supported workshops (including psychosocial support and vocational skills training), using workplace management, appointment setting, email, and reporting tools to keep activities organized and effective.
