At Burlington Stores, I led strategy, analytics, operations, communications, safety, and business continuity for a Fortune 500 retailer with more than $10B in net sales. I partnered with executive leadership to turn complex data into operational strategy across 1,200+ stores.
I delivered a 31-basis point, $16M reduction in shortage versus forecast in 2024 and managed $55M in OpEx and $11M in CapEx. I built enterprise KPI frameworks, dashboards, predictive risk models, and shortage-control programs used from store teams through the C-suite.
I founded and scaled Burlington's strategy and analytics function, partnering with Stores, Operations, IT, Finance, and Procurement to identify root causes and improvement opportunities. Earlier, I led 500+ distribution-center associates processing $2B in merchandise annually and built a shortage research team that reduced building-wide shortage by 5% year over year.
I've also built supply chain reporting, safety, compliance, inventory, and business continuity programs, supported by an MBA from Wharton and a supply chain management background.
